Commissioning & Startup

Our experienced personnel manage full system commissioning and startup, ensuring equipment operates safely and meets all design requirements. Commissioning services include:

Fine-tuning each separation process

System flow diagrams, machine drawings, operating manuals, and site-specific operating instructions are reviewed in detail with plant personnel and left on site for ongoing reference.

Operator Training

Service, Upgrades & Replacement Parts

Northland Superior provides ongoing service, system upgrades, and replacement parts to keep grain and seed cleaning equipment operating efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively throughout its service life.

Upgrades & Overhauls

Northland Superior’s in-depth knowledge of grain and seed cleaning systems and equipment can be applied to the design and implementation of upgrades to existing systems, as well as overhauls or rebuilds of individual machines.

In many cases, redesigning system flow and adding a small number of key components can deliver a complete and economical solution to improve performance, capacity, or efficiency.

Equipment overhauls and rebuilds may be a cost-effective alternative to full replacement. Our fully trained service personnel can complete repair and overhaul work on site or, where appropriate, in our shop facility, depending on the scope of work.

Replacement Parts

Northland Superior supplies original-specification replacement and renewal parts for Northland Superior cleaning machines, including:

Screens and shells
Bearings
Belts and pulleys
Wear and renewal components

To request parts, please provide the machine model and part description. Our team will ensure prompt turnaround and accurate fulfillment. Parts are referenced in the Operation, Maintenance, and Parts manual provided during commissioning. If a manual is unavailable, our staff can research part details—copies of all manuals are maintained on file.

Northland Superior also supplies replacement and renewal parts for other manufacturers’ cleaning equipment, including Carter Day and Ideal, among others. Quotations are available upon request.

Our trained technicians are available to install replacement parts or to support your maintenance personnel during installation.
